How the Program Works

The Book

The Mind Whisperer is intended to be a sort of textbook containing the foundation of The Freedom Step’s healing program. This book contains the philosophy, if you will, from which the five steps (below) emerge. Employing bits of information from spiritual, scientific, religious and other sources, The Mind Whisperer invites readers, participants and students to look deeper into all available informational sources. Each one may point toward the truth.

In any case, The Freedom Step’s mission is to bring all of us to an awareness of our essential nature that we share with all creation and beyond. This must be experienced in what many call our souls, our intuition, our operating systems. Our minds are incapable of articulating (even understanding) Pure Awareness.

After reading and absorbing the first two parts of The Mind Whisperer, readers and participants are invited to experience the five steps:

The 5 Steps to Pure Awareness

  1. Resolving the energy of unresolved emotional pain:  Feeling into the feeling.  Allowing it to be.
  2. Experiencing your essential nature:  Pure awareness in the gap between thoughts.
  3. Experiencing the essential nature of everything:  Pure awareness is everything.
  4. Being Certain:  Waiting for clarity.  Accessing intuition.
  5. Arresting inappropriate reactions:  Shifting to neutral.  Unplugging the force.

The Coach's Script

As your experience of your essential nature (awareness) deepens and your mind becomes quiet, you may feel compelled to share the experience with others.  Our Coach's Script is designed to help you do just that.
