This book provides a simplistic plan to remove unresolved emotional pain. The author, Marty Murphy defines unresolved emotional pain and then in a few simplistic steps demonstrates for the reader a plan to remove the pain. The awareness that is achieved when these steps are practiced is nothing short of miraculous. This book is an essential companion to Eckart Tolle's "A New Earth" in that Tolle helps you to become aware of the ego, whereas Murphy shares experiences with the ego driven mind and the problems that ensue as a result. By Murphy providing a way out from this inner turmoil, his readers can choose for themselves to practice The Freedom Step and truly experience a new found freedom. Tolle has published some great work, however Murphy has produced a practical guide for living free from the bondage of self. This book is one that most readers can relate to fairly easily and learn to live free.
